Kareena Sethia is a Counselling Psychologist with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Mumbai and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from S.N.D.T. Women's University, Churchgate. She works with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, including neurodiverse individuals, offering therapy in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, and Kutchi. With a warm, collaborative presence, she creates a safe and compassionate therapeutic space where clients feel heard, respected, and accepted without judgment. Her approach is eclectic and trauma-informed, integrating Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy, along with formal training in Narrative Therapy from Narrative Practices India. She balances emotional depth with practical strategies, adapting interventions to each client’s needs and goals. Guided by the belief that “the person is not the problem; the problem is the problem,” she supports clients in building insight, resilience, and meaningful change while honoring the unique stories that shape their lives.
