Mayuresh M. Bhat (He/Him) is a Counseling Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and an extensive clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, women, men, and neurodivergent individuals. He works extensively with concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, overthinking, personality-related difficulties, self-esteem issues, OCD, ADHD, and relational challenges within couples and families. His therapeutic practice integrates evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, DBT, REBT, EFT, MET, Transactional Analysis (TA), mindfulness-based practices, and vagus/somatic regulation techniques. He offers sessions in Marathi, Hindi, and English, and is available Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 3 PM. Mayuresh follows an open and process-oriented therapeutic style grounded in openness, trust, and belief in the client’s inherent capacity for growth. He is particularly interested in exploring thought processes and societal perspectives surrounding mental health, helping clients examine and reshape unhelpful cognitive and emotional patterns. His philosophy is clear: clients are not broken; rather, with the right guidance, they can rewire their thinking, regulate their emotions, and move toward healing. Beyond his professional work, he has a deep appreciation for art, which informs his creative and reflective approach to therapy.
