Dr. Harshitha Krishnaveti (She/Her) is a Counselling Psychologist with a Ph.D. in Psychology and over 10 years of professional experience working with adolescents and young adults (12–40 years). She provides structured, goal-oriented support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, workplace concerns, and family-related issues. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based interventions, Humanistic therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). She works in a client-centred and collaborative manner, helping individuals understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and life context while using practical, evidence-based strategies to facilitate meaningful progress. Dr. Harshitha places strong emphasis on the therapeutic alliance, viewing trust, empathy, and mutual respect as essential for lasting change. Guided by values of compassion, sincerity, and responsibility toward client growth, her work focuses not only on symptom relief but also on deeper self-awareness and inner alignment. Influenced by the philosophy of Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, she believes that increased self-understanding forms the foundation of psychological well-being and purposeful living.
