Psychology Internship & Mental Health Training Program
Vriddhi Centre for Mental Health offers structured psychology internship programs for undergraduate and postgraduate students pursuing psychology and related mental health fields. Our internship provides supervised clinical exposure, case discussions, psychological assessment observation, therapy session shadowing (as ethically appropriate), and training in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
The program is designed to strengthen clinical skills, diagnostic understanding, ethical practice, and documentation competencies. Interns receive guided supervision from experienced mental health professionals, helping bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world clinical practice.
