She/ Her Languages: English, Hindi Dhriti Singh is a Counselling Psychologist and RCI-licensed Rehabilitation Personnel, committed to supporting mental well-being across the lifespan, with a special focus on adult emotional regulation, alongside child and adolescent development. Her work is shaped by a deep curiosity for what lies beneath visible experiences, the unspoken emotions, the quiet struggles, and the meaning behind each individual’s life. She integrates diagnostic expertise with mindfulness based techniques, inner child healing and evidence-driven approaches to help clients navigate life transitions, manage distress, and foster authentic personal growth. For her, therapy is a collaborative and reflective journey rather than just a service. Her therapeutic belief is to build up a safe space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, explore their inner world, and evolve at their own pace. She holds this space with sensitivity and respect for each person’s pain, growth, confusion, and courage.
