Her clinical interests include anxiety, mood and personality disorders, stress-related issues, neurodevelopmental conditions, OCD, and career-related concerns. She also has a strong focus on child and adolescent mental health.

Trained in diverse evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, SFBT, MBCT, and person-centered therapy, Phalguni tailors each session based on where you are — emotionally, mentally, and relationally.
Her style is warm, conversational, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience. Whether you're navigating everyday stress or deeper emotional wounds, she creates a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
